At our flight school, safety is not merely a principle – it is the foundation of the entire training process. Every flight, every decision, and every action is grounded in the awareness that in aviation, safety is the highest priority: for pilots, passengers, and the entire operational environment.
All training is conducted in accordance with the highest standards of the Safety Management System (SMS), guided by the philosophy of safety first and foremost. This means that all procedures, flight planning, and day-to-day operational decisions are driven by a single core objective – minimising risk and building a strong safety culture.
Our instructors are highly experienced pilots who not only pass on knowledge and flying skills, but also instil the right habits and a professional attitude towards safety. From day one, every student learns to assess situations, make sound decisions, and understand that a true professional is a pilot who always puts safety first.
A voluntary safety reporting form is also available. It is used to report any information that, in the reporter's view, may affect the safety of operations conducted by Smart Aero Flight Academy. Reports submitted through the form are sent directly to our Safety Manager, who reviews the information and determines the appropriate course of action.Submitting safety reports helps us continuously improve our operational safety standards. Reports may also be submitted anonymously.
