Earn Permissions, Fly Confidently — Your Safety in the Air

Why is it worth getting additional pilot privileges?

Having a PPL (A) tourist license is just the beginning. To feel confident in any conditions, it is worth developing your skills through additional courses that increase the safety and comfort of flights.

Night flights (NVFR) and so-called “instrument” or “instrument flights” (IR permission) allow you to move freely in space at night or in slightly worse weather conditions. The NVFR course prepares you for night flights by teaching you how to navigate safely after sunset. Professional airport lighting, for example at Modlin Airport, significantly facilitates learning and increases the comfort of piloting after dark. The IR (A) permission allows you to fly day and night using navigation instruments, allowing you to navigate in more difficult weather conditions and in controlled airspace, even without visual contact with the ground. The IR (A) training takes place partly on the modern ALSIM AL250 simulator, which maps the behavior of both single-engine and twin-engine aircraft, making the learning as realistic as possible.

If your ambitions do not end with small single-engine aircraft, it is also worth taking an interest in the MEP (L) license, which allows you to pilot piston multi-engine aircraft. Practical training can be carried out on the Piper PA30 Twin Comanche aircraft, equipped with two reliable Lycoming engines of 160 hp each, reaching speeds of up to 330 km/h. Flying the twin-engine Comanche is not only a lot of fun, but above all it is safer — even with only one engine, the aircraft remains fully controlled.

Completing NVFR, IR (A) and MEP (L) training is key to getting a job as a professional pilot. Even if you do not plan a professional career, obtaining these privileges significantly increases the safety and comfort of your tourist flights, allowing you to enjoy flying in almost any conditions.
