Until now, despite holding a pilot licence, you have been the student. Now it is time for the roles to be reversed. If you want to share your experience, teach others how to fly, and meet all the required prerequisites, the time has come to begin training for the FI(A) flight instructor rating.
The course prepares you for the most common situations you are likely to encounter as a flight instructor. It consists of 125 hours of theoretical instruction and 30 hours of flight training, and includes flying an aircraft approved for basic aerobatics.
